1、About IDOA (Items Defective on Arrival)
Customers should contact our customer service support within 7 days after receiving the goods to understand the DOA situation.
The product is damaged or deformed
(1). Send us an email immediately, containing the serial number and product model of the order at the time of purchase, the received item (nameplate picture)/package picture and detailed information describing the problem, we can use this file to quickly confirm the case .
(2). According to the actual after-sales cases, we confirm it and will reply within 48-72 hours (except holidays).
(3). After confirming all required information, we will provide replacements according to your requirements.
When the product is not working, the outer packaging is in good condition
(1) Send us an email containing pictures and detailed information of the received item/package by email to describe the problem.
(2) After verifying all required information, we will provide replacements according to your requirements.
Missing items
(1). Send us an email with pictures of the items/packages received and detailed information describing the problem.
(2). After confirming all the necessary information, we will send you the missing items in the package.
Please note:
(1). If the main items are missing, please file a lawsuit with the courier company on the missing items and obtain confirmation in the form of a paper certificate stamped with a seal. To

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, e.g. different color, different model etc.

2、Return Policy Guidelines

3、Return instructions
The responsibility for the return shipping fee depends on the expiration date of the item. For more information:
(1). 14-day disliked items-customer (replacement or refund warranty) If you want to return an item that you don't like, the customer is responsible for refunding the shipping cost. After receiving the returned goods, we will refund you (excluding transportation fees) or send the exchange items according to your request.
(2). Damaged upon arrival-SHUER (replacement or refund warranty) is a DOA item, and SHUER will be responsible for returning the freight. After receiving the return(except free postage), we will refund you or send you an exchange item according to your request.
4、Please note:
(1). Only after we receive the return, can we make the above replacement or refund.
(2). Damage to items caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty. Please also note that the battery does not comply with the free repair rules.
(3). For items that need a refund or replacement, if the item has any scratches or damage, we will charge a damage fee.
