Our Story Experience
This problem is a ubiquitous problem that we can easily ignore in our daily lives, especially for families with children and the elderly. This is an issue that needs to be paid great attention to.

I am a father of 2 children. When my daughter turns three years old, she should have to use cutlery to eat independently.When I was about to choose tableware for her, I found that there are very few tableware in the market that I am satisfied with and safe. Most of them are made of stainless steel, melamine, and ceramics.
Stainless steel and melamine are not the targets I chose. Ceramics are the materials I considered. However, I found that ceramic tableware also has many food safety issues that I didn't notice.

After we discussed, I found out that the safety of tableware on the market mainly occurs in harmful clay and glaze.:
- Toxic ceramic clay. Some product manufacturers use toxic ceramic clay in order to control costs. At the same time, the firing temperature is lower than the temperature at which harmful metals are vaporized, which means that the industry says that the ceramics are not cooked.
- Glaze color, glaze contains harmful metals and is soluble in acids. When used daily, it can also cause food pollution and affect human health.
After we have an overall understanding of the market, in terms of action, we realized that we must make a product that allows people to avoid food safety. This is our lifelong goal and pursuit.
Therefore, from the selection of ceramic clay, the selection of glaze color and the control of process temperature, we use non-toxic kaolin and high-temperature glaze, and the glaze adopts feldspar glaze (feldspar glaze rich in K₂O and Na₂O components) and glaze technology-underglaze color, to achieve safe products that meet world standards.

Our Actions
We are very strict and cautious in the choice of materials for tableware products
- Ceramic blanks, we use kaolin as the main raw material for ceramic blanks.Through a variety of screening techniques, the particle size of the blank reaches the nano level.
- Glaze, we use feldspar glaze as the main glaze, the main components are silica, as well as K₂O and Na₂O which are called feldspar glaze in the industry, and do not contain harmful chemicals such as lead.After the feldspar glaze is fired at high temperature, a protective layer like a glass glaze is formed on the tableware.It has acid resistance and is insoluble in organic acids such as citric acid to ensure the food safety of tableware.
- Production process, production process, our kiln temperature is controlled at not less than 3000°, not less than 3000°, at standard atmospheric pressure, the temperature of the controller is at 3000°, so that the harmful metal components lead, mercury, and iron can be vaporized. Only gasification can ensure that the harmful metal content of tableware products tends to 0, which is the most effective process technology to ensure product safety.
